Here's the latest Vine video from astronaut

on board the International Space Station, showing the Aurora Borealis shimmering in the sky as the stars of Orion rise in the sky. Modules of the ISS smoothly move through the top portion of the video.

In viewing the aurora from space earlier, Wiseman said, "It felt like I could reach out and touch it...moving like a snake through the sky.

Nancy Atkinson is a space journalist and author with a passion for telling the stories of people involved in space exploration and astronomy. She is currently retired from daily writing, but worked at Universe Today for 20 years as a writer and editor.
