SURVEYOR CAN'T FIND OCEANS ON MARS

scientists have been investigating the Martian surface in search
of ancient shorelines using the capabilities of the Mars Global

RUSSIAN SPACE STATION MODULE DELAYED AGAIN
------------------------
US and Russian space officials have pushed back the proposed launch
date of the Russian-built living quarters for the International Space
Station. This is the latest in a series of delays caused by Russia's
terrible economy. Originally planned for launch in November, the
module is currently targeted for launch in late December or
early January.

PRIVATIZE NASA SAYS TAXPAYER GROUP
------------------------
A study released by the National Taxpayers Union Foundation says
that NASA is actually getting in the way of the commercialization
of space. The study recommends that NASA's technologies should be
sold to private companies, and its funding replaced with grants and tax credits.
