Here are some cool Titan images. You can make any of these images into your computer desktop wallpaper. Just click on an image to enlarge it, and then choose “Set as Desktop Background”.
Here’s a nice photo of the planet Saturn together with its moon, Titan. This photo was taken by the Pioneer 11 space craft on August 31, 1979. Pioneer 11 or Pioneer G is the second mission of the Pioneer program, next to Pioneer 10.
Here’s a nice photo of Titan wherein we can its dense atmosphere. Titan is the only known natural satellite to have a dense atmosphere. It’s atmosphere is even denser than the earth’s.
Here’s a picture of Titan which appeared to be located above the planet Saturn’s rings. This photo was taken by the Cassini spacecraft. Titan is the first Saturnian moon discovered.
This is a nice photo of Titan, Saturn’s largest moon and the second largest moon in the solar system. This photo was captured by the Cassini spacecraft’s wide-angle camera on August 25, 2009.
Here’s a nice photo of Titan taken by the Cassini spacecraft’s narrow-angle camera on April 28, 2006. Titan’s atmosphere is composed mostly of nitrogen making it analogously similar to the early stages of the earth.
