This is a stunning picture of Western Cuba was taken by the Enhanced Thematic Mapper Plus (ETM+) instrument on Landsat 7 satellite on April 3, 2001. Havana, the capital of Cuba is located at the Western portion of the country.
Here’s a nice space image of Cuba’s Old Havana taken from the International Space Station on October 22, 2002 during the Expedition 5 mission. The Old Havana is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
This is a photo of the municipality of Matanzas in Cuba captured from the International Space Station by the Expedition 2 astronauts on April 10, 2001.
This is a beautiful space view of Havana, Cuba acquired by the STS-94 mission on July 7, 1997. Havana is the capital city of Cuba. It is also the second largest city among the cities located in the Caribbean region.
Here’s another view of Havana, Cuba. This time, it was taken by the astronauts onboard the International Space Station during the Expedition 2 mission on May 15, 2001.
