I doubt it will suddenly become cheaper to fly shuttle hardware with the same staff and technology when the main change is dumping hundreds of millions worth of reusable SSME&#039;s in the pacific.If they want cheaper launches they should either invest the money in hypersonic tech, RLV&#039;s, or with one of the up and coming COTS members to do the most good.
