Congratulations! I've been a member for a long time as well, I'd say at least 9 years since I remember signing up back when I held my first 'real' job, from 1996 to 2001. May the next 10 years bring fascinating and exciting discoveries and I too look forward to seeing the James Webb Telescap image incredible new scenes as well as America going back to the moon!

Have ten years passed already? Congratulations, Fraser on Universe Today's 10th Anniversary. It's been fantastic and I look forward to receiving it every day. I like the personal touch every so often, too, like "meeting" your wife and learning of the birth of your two children. (Unless you added one recently!) Your move was interesting, too. Congrats! I think I found your site way back then on Yahoo!'s "Pick of the Day" news letter they used to put out. Even got my gmail account from you. Also remember the time you accidentally emailed out your whole subscriber list (whoops!) and ensuing apology. I've been an armchair astronomer since I was a kid and it is thanks to Universe Today and Astronomy Cast that I'm still up to date with all the latest space and astronomy news. I first subscribed to the newsletter – and later the RSS feed – back in 2002, and my enthusiasm for the subject continues to grow with every news article and podcast you post. And thanks for a “link” to my Dad! Years ago I forwarded him an installment I thought he’d enjoy. He asked me to send more. I said, “Dad, you can subscribe yourself.” He replied that I should just send them on when I’m done reading them. Ah, my quirky Dad, I thought!

Much later it occurred to me that this is Dad’s way of staying in touch, on a daily basis, with his little girl (little, as in 50 something – LOL!)! Dad quickly became one of your biggest fans, btw!

all i can say is if it were not for ur site i would never have been as interested as i am now, nor did an astronomy course in university ……….You will never know how much you have changed peoples lives for the better, just from a website. Keep up the good work
