This reminds me of Oliver Manuel's Iron Sun model. The evidence he provides from meteorite samples is certainly more than simple food-for-thought about the same subject – solar system origin.

Does this suggest, that we are the result of a collision with the milkyway? If so than we are
an accident and are a byproduct of that accident?
It does explain why we living in an exclusive cleared area of the Universe? But I do believe that we came from some place. There are not many planets in the Universe that have an molten lava core? Only those can support the dynamics of an atmosphere? We know so much and jet so little.
