International Space Station. Focusing on the "Station" part of ISS, I am wondering why an "attendant" is not suiting up to check the damage. The rudder is a primary flight control surface and has to be hugely involved with the "S" turns the shuttle makes to bleed off velocity.

Obviously, its too difficult or dangerous for a stroll outside. Why? Could we be missing the importance of the "blue collar" aspects of the ISS?

..."and NASA astronaut Terry Virts said it is common for these clips to be missing following a mission."

I am left befuddled and speechless over that Nasa comment.
