I like this. A step in the right direction. Go Europe.

I'm just afraid that the powers that be will drop it like a hot potato the minute the first ATV blows up on the ramp, and fails to fire its thrusters and rendevuz with the ISS, or suffer decompression. Or for that matter when the first second generation craft suffers ballistic/destructive reÃ«ntry.
