Did some checking and apparently it's published by Stone Pine Press. It is available for $16.95 from them online, + probably shipping. At Amazon, if you like to go there, it starts at $10.22 and even some brand-new ones are les expensive than from publisher.

How much is the book and can I buy it at Barnes and Noble?

Sounds like a pretty good idea. When it comes to women in astronomy, I can't help but think that Henrietta Leavitt's contributions do not get nearly enough attention. I hope the section on Cepheids has a good discussion of her efforts.
